We emphasize the biodynamic cultivation of original varieties without chemicals. We only use biological sprays that stimulate the plant's own defenses (hornwort, diatomaceous earth) and sprays made from herbs that do not harm the environment. Partial grassing of vineyards with flowering plant species maintains moisture better and attracts pollinating insects. A larger amount of vines planted (10,000 bushes/ha) deepens their root system. In order to increase quality, we reduce the grapes from the winter cutting and pick them by hand until they are fully phenologically ripe in small containers, so that the skin of the grapes is not damaged before processing.
We produce wine with a minimum amount of sulfur and without the use of foreign substances. We offer organic wines produced without filtration and clarification. We are in no hurry, good wine takes time. Our red wines are aged in barrels for 2-3 years, white wines for several months.
