This wine is named according to the area of the vineyard, next to Castelvetro di Modena. Max Brondolo, the winemaker, thinks this area is definitely an area for white wine more than red, and this wine is an attempt to demonstrate this. Yellow fruits and white flowers, duality, freshness, verticality. Trebbiano di Spagna is very low yield, Trebbiano Modenese is the opposite. A 5x between the two! Trebbiano di Spagna is mostly used in the area to produce balsamic vinegar.
