    spontaneous fermentation with native yeast. Fermented a mix of whole cluster (10%) and destemed and stems fermented (25% of stems).

    24 months, blended together after fermentation. Aged in used tonneaux for one yer then in 10hl Slavonian oak barrels.

    A beautiful, classic pinot noir from Alto Adige. The wine is expressing lots of depth and changes and is very precise and vertical. A wine that can age beautifully no doubt. The winemaker: Our Alpine Pinot. Elegance, individualism and depth. A wine for dreaming, reflecting, enjoying life. Versatile in the kitchen, it adapts to any situation. A very noble grape variety interpreted in our own way. Cultivation on granite and gneiss and also on limestone. Spontaneously fermented with whole bunches and stems. Subsequently aged for 18 months in large Slavonian oak barrels and used Tonneaux.

    About GraWü

    GRAWÜ is the union of Leila GRAselli and Dominic WÜrth , and its name is derived by combining their surnames . They have previously worked and made wine in Bordeaux , Montalcino and the Marche . After that , they decided to establish themselves , their family and their winery in 2013 in Alto Adige (or Sud Tyrol as the German speakers call it) because Leila is Italian , while Dominic is German . This is the perfect place for their kids to grow up bilingual , but also , it is the region they fell in love with .
