This a blend of three ferments, two from Marsanne and one from Viognier. One of the Marsanne is from a maceration from 2019. 2019 in total is less than 15%, which is why the twine can be labelled 2020.

Marsanne 2020 direct press fermented and aged in a 300L barrique. Marsanne 2019 macerated with the skin and aged in terracota amphora. Viognier direct press fermented and aged in a 5hl amphora in sandstone
Thibaud Capellaro is part of the new wave of wine producers rising in Northern Rhône . Although he grew up in the area , he is a first-generation winemaker . His first wines have already garnered praise from wine professionals , as he displayed originality in his craftsmanship , venturing in style outside of the regional standards of Côte-Rôtie and Condrieu . Thibaud studied business , but after completion , he decided for a different career path and to follow his passion for winemaking .
