Made out of the white PIWI variety Bronner. A light but crispy wine, intended to accompany everyday dishes or to drink alone. It is characterized by alpine minerality, ripe acidity and juicy freshness. Cultivation on steep granite and gneiss terraces, from 550-750m a.s.l.
Age of the vines:
Partially fermented with whole grapes (semicarbonique) for about 10 days. Subsequently aged for 12 months in acacia and Oak Barrels.
