Field blend of 12 to 15 different grapes from a small old vineyard around where the old walnut tree that gave his name to the estate stands. Once upon a time... The first wine is fermented on the skin for four days, then aged in ceramic tanks (clayver). The result is a wine of incredible elegance and depth. Energetic and subtle. Tannic yet very easy. A wine of contrast.
