They made a home for themselves in the south, near Montpellier, where they created La Theriaque Spiritueux in 2020.The gins and vermouths are made in a style reminiscent of the 18th and 19th centuries: a base of local wine, a mix of organically farmed and foraged wild herbs and aromatics, and a 300l Charentais pot still.
