It was made by clearing the rugged hills and crushing the limestone. Hence, the it is more accessible than some of the other vineyards near Primosten and the vines are double guyot trained. The vineyard is surrounded by the sea.
This particular cuvée comes from younger vines in the area (20-30 years old) and the vineyards are certified organic.
